His energy was good, though. They even did California Stars. The sound quality was good, as it usually is in the Orpheum. They played a variety of songs mostly from the last two albums, though there were a few older ones. I've seen Cinderella - Ballet five times now, and this is probably my #2 favorite. The only downside was that Jeff Tweedy's voice sounded high and nasally. He did mention that he had a cold.
As the years go by, Cinderella - Ballet's shows have become less spontaneous, which can sometimes be a drag. The sound is always rich and layered, which is the trade-off, I guess.
